Terms & Conditions

A Non-Refundable Retainer is REQUIRED to book all hair color appointments. This amount will be deducted from your total balance the day of your appointment. Retainer amounts vary depending on which services you plan to receive. Most appointments require a $40 retainer, while Color Corrections exceeding 3 hours will be required to pay a $75 retainer. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must give a minimum of 48 hours notice to transfer your retainer to another date. If proper notice is not given or you fail to show up to your appointment you will be required to place another retainer to book any additional appointments. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may be required to reschedule.
